Online Return Policy

Need to exchange something from your online order? We got you.
We offer online credit or exchanges for eligible returns.

Before sending anything back:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Returned items must be in perfect, new condition with all tags attached.

3. Once approved, return the item and send us your return tracking number within 5 days.

Note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Tri-Brands Studio is not liable for lost packages without proof of delivery.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

Want to update or cancel your order? We move quick, so act faster.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP to request a change. Changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once processed, orders can’t be changed or canceled.

If your order takes longer than 5 business days to process, our team will reach out. If it’s been more than 10 business days without an update, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Shipping Info

Domestic Orders (U.S.):

• All U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground (unless otherwise noted at checkout).

• Rates start at $10.

• Expect delivery in 3–10 business days.

• For made-to-order pieces, allow 15–20 business days.

International Orders:

• Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

• Additional VAT or duty fees may apply — those are set by your country’s customs office.

• Orders ship via USPS International, unless express is selected and paid for at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. When your order ships, we’ll send tracking info straight to your inbox.
